Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (Ortho) in Lombard, IL, with primary responsibilities at the front desk. You will greet patients, register new patients in EPIC, schedule tests, verify insurance coverage, and handle billing tasks while supporting the clinic's daily operations.

The role offers full-time hours (40/week), Monday–Friday, with some travel and flexible hours to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Keyboard and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license required if off-site location; liability coverage may need to be shown.

Responsabilités

• Provide front desk coverage under supervision; answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, register new patients in EPIC, schedule tests, verify insurance coverage, process charges, collect payments, and support clinic operations.
