Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) for our Ortho location in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires front desk coverage, patient greeting, appointment scheduling, and EPIC registration, with travel between locations and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include answering calls, verifying insurance, processing charges, and providing general clinic support. A high school diploma or GED is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Keyboard and computer skills required.
• A valid driver's license required if off-site duties.
• If personal vehicle used, evidence of liability coverage may be requested.
• Preferred: experience in medical office or healthcare settings; understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage under supervision, following policies.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, greets patients, and registers new patients in EPIC.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and interprets benefits.
• Processes patient charges, payments, and adjustments in the computer system.
• Performs clinic set-up and other office support tasks.
