Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and medications per policy.
• Maintain professional conduct toward patients and coworkers.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
