Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and complete documentation.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees; answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Guide patients on preparatory steps and provide facility directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information; protect on-site medications.
• Maintain professional conduct toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
