Hmixray is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance and collect payments. You will schedule appointments, answer calls, and coordinate with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong customer service skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Medical terminology knowledge is preferred and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees and handle scheduling across the day.
• Answer/transfer calls and coordinate with back-office staff to support patient care.
• Maintain patient privacy and safeguard health information.
