You will support back-office teams and ensure accurate documentation while upholding patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in medical or radiology office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, document accurately.
• Collect co-pays and fees and log transactions.
• Answer/transfer incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Provide patient orientation on prep and safety protocols and directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to deliver timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policies.
