Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Electronic health record (EHR) experience a plus.
• Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a positive customer service experience.
• Register patients for appointments and complete paperwork.
• Verify and update existing patient and insurance information.
• Check in patients for appointments and collect co-pays.
• Answer phones and take accurate messages; schedule appointments.
• Use EPIC to update patient information and insurance data.
