Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred; EHR experience a plus; medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients, providing a positive customer service experience.
• Register patients for appointments and complete paperwork.
• Verify and update patient and insurance information.
• Check in patients for appointments, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments.
• Explain delays and anticipated wait times to patients and families.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with Financial Assistance paperwork.
