Brown Health Medical Group is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join the administration team in our physician practice. You will perform front-end tasks, greet patients, handle calls and emails, and document interactions in EPIC while maintaining patient confidentiality.
The role requires strong customer service, communication, and EMR experience (Athena preferred). The position supports daily operations, insurance verification, scheduling, and outreach to patient groups.
This position is to function as a member of the administration team and complete assigned daily front end tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations in the BHMG physician practice. The Patient Service Specialist must maintain a professional, positive manner when talking with patients in-person, over the phone, or via email. Pay Range: $18.13-$29.90
