Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our outpatient physical therapy center in Eureka, Missouri. You will greet patients, handle front-desk duties, and guide them through the visit, while supporting billing tasks and payer communications.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferred 1 year of front-desk experience or healthcare background. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 Year Front Desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri- 7:30am-4:30pm

Tues/Thurs - 9:30am -6:30pm

Compensation:$18/hour- Increases based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
