The role includes scheduling, taking payments, customer service, data entry into EMR, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and matches availability with patient preferences.
• Verifies demographic and insurance information for patients.
• Collects co-pays and balances and ensures accurate charge entry.
• Maintains HIPAA and OSHA compliance and handles patient requests.
• Performs data entry into EMR and supports referrals and tests.
