Mercy Clinic in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, verify identities, and manage check-in/out with a high level of professionalism. You will also handle phones, clerical tasks, and Epic charting as part of a busy clinic team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; verify identity and manage check‑in/check‑out
• Answer phones and perform clerical tasks including Epic charting, scanning, faxing, and document handling
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and testing; provide timely estimates and Good Faith Estimates
• Monitor provider schedules, communicate delays, and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
• Maintain accurate registration, EHRs, and assigned work queues
• Handle patient concerns professionally and elevate as needed
• Manage daily cash drawer, accounts receivable tasks, and payment plans
• Support EPIC updates, departmental initiatives, and clinic communications
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area and adhere to safety, privacy, and infection control policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Details:

Location: 12700 Southfork Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Qualifications:
