Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) for Orthopedics and Podiatry. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours aligned to clinic needs and an hourly pay range of $18.38–$26.65 depending on experience.

You will handle front-desk duties, schedule appointments, register patients in EPIC, verify benefits, and process charges and payments. Some travel to nearby offices may be required for coverage.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required if off-site coverage is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk coverage under supervision, answer calls, greet patients, and register new patients in EPIC.
• Schedule appointments and laboratory/diagnostic tests as requested by physicians; verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Process patient charges, apply insurance, compute adjustments, and record payments; perform clinic set-up and general office support.

Hourly Pay Range

$18.38 - $26.65. The hourly rate is determined by expertise and years of experience.

Position Highlights

• Position: Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Ortho/Podiatry
• Location: 552 S Washington Street, Naperville, IL
• Full Time: 40 hours / week
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Required Travel: To surrounding offices when there are call‑offs for coverage purposes

What You Will Do

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provide front‑desk coverage. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, register new patients in EPIC, schedule laboratory and off‑site diagnostic tests requested by physicians, verify insurance eligibility and interpret covered benefits. Process patient charges by totaling fees, applying insurance coverage, calculating adjustments, and receiving and recording payments in the computer system. Perform clinic set‑up and other office support.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Keyboard and computer skills
• A valid driver’s license is required if you are selected to perform related duties at an off‑site location. If you use your personal vehicle, you must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law, and evidence of such coverage may be requested.

Preferred

• A minimum of three months of previous business office or healthcare experience
• Previous experience with insurance, managed care, and integrative medicine preferred
• Medical terminology or coding experience
• Bilingual Spanish helpful, but not required
