  • Call Center Environment
Requirements

The Patient Specialist position is responsible for educating patients regarding home monitors and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Meet outbound call volume quotas
  • Manage client accounts
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Accurately log daily activities
  • Provide detailed and precise notations of patient conversations
  • Educate patients regarding remote monitoring
  • Enroll patients and process equipment orders
  • Have technical support knowledge of remote monitors
  • Assist with remote monitor setup and maintaining connections
  • Multitask effectively to provide high-quality service
  • Discuss general insurance coverage with patients
  • Verify insurance and check benefits
Education, Work Experience, and Requirements
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
