The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is on the front line in helping our organization deliver on its Core Values. The CSR will consistently deliver the BEST Customer Service by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused benefit and claim information for all the products administered by our program. Responsibilities include assisting call center callers with claim information, soliciting necessary details to process claims, documenting interactions, and working with various insurance products in a remote team environment.

Required Skills & Abilities
  • 1-2+ years of call center or office-based customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
  • Preferred experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields
  • Health insurance/Benefits/Claims experience is a plus
  • Proven work tenure from previous employment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, databases)
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide external and internal callers with accurate claim information, gathering details needed for claim processing
  • Accurately record information in the claim system, issue acknowledgments, and process documents promptly
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards and meet call center metrics
  • Deliver empathetic customer service, building trust and anticipating needs
  • Support team collaboration and foster a positive work environment
Details
  • 100% remote; equipment provided
  • Applicants need a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST (45-minute lunch, 38.5 hours/week)
  • Pay: $18 - $20/hr based on experience or education
  • Weekly pay; Medical, Dental, Vision benefits included
Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration, and may include:
