The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is on the front line in helping our organization deliver on its Core Values. The CSR will consistently deliver the BEST Customer Service by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused benefit and claim information for all the products administered by our program. Responsibilities include assisting call center callers with claim information, soliciting necessary details to process claims, documenting interactions, and working with various insurance products in a remote team environment.
