Patient Service Representative I - Remote- Local Massachusetts Residents Only

Summary

This position is based at our site in Beverly, MA. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please list on resume), and reliable high-speed home internet. The role is fully remote after approximately 2-6 weeks of training, which may be on-site if needed. This is a great opportunity to grow within the call center field and positively impact patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment and care management.
  • Support interdisciplinary care delivery models through various support duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving to strengthen patient-clinician relationships.
  • Ensure clear verbal and written communication to improve patient access and understanding.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC).
  • Experience with EPIC/registration systems and high-volume call centers preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to quickly learn EMR systems.
