• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check‑in and check‑out patients, collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments.
• Schedules appointments, completes patient registration, collects payments.
• Processes and tracks referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
