Job summary

Ally Medical Management LLC is seeking a Patient Service Representative, Lead (PSR Lead) to welcome patients and visitors, register patients, and explain billing processes. The role verifies insurance promptly to support clinical decisions and handles payments with an active cash drawer.

The PSR Lead additionally supports the Nursing Director/FA by ensuring policy adherence and guiding fellow PSRs. The position emphasizes leadership, staff mentoring, and compliance, with responsibilities

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Three or more years of experience in a healthcare setting.
CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Facility Administrator (FA) in scheduling and running Front Office Staff Meetings.
Provides guidance and communication to all front office personnel regarding policy or procedure changes.
Assist FA to ensure work schedules and shifts are adequately covered and may perform scheduling if delegated.
Collaborates with FA and HR to identify staffing needs, interview candidates, and assist in performance reviews and coaching of front office staff.
Communicates policies and procedures to staff and completes audits of Front Office charts for compliance.
Provides orientation, training and monitoring of new staff and reports 90-day probationary and performance feedback to FA.
Performs front office registration duties: collecting demographics, inputting insurance information, verifying benefits, and obtaining ER consent signatures.
