Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front office registration: collect demographics, input insurance, verify benefits, obtain ER consent signatures.
• Enter patient data into the EHR and billing software; scan signed documents and reports.
• Maintain and file patient records per agency requirements and retention schedules.
• Provide medical records to other providers upon authorization to release information.
• Log payments and cash receipts with Square; manage cash drawer during shift.
• Maintain billing records and payer information accuracy.
