The position requires a High School diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience (medical front office preferred), and proficient phone and keyboarding skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
