Vancouver Clinic is looking for a **Front Desk Representative** to join our **Oregon Float Team.** To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! **Location:** Floating between Oregon locations with occasional coverage at our Vancouver locations **Schedule:** Monday-Friday: Varying 8-hour shifts based on department needs **Hiring range** generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. \\*Float Differential $3.08/hour. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience **required**.* Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.* Experience with Epic preferred.* Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.* Strong computer keyboarding skills required. **Additional Information:** As a member of the Oregon Float Team, your primary coverage area will be our Oregon locations.
