Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative at the Columbia Tech Center location to welcome patients and families, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer phones, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate demonstrates a friendly attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service; medical front office experience and Epic familiarity are preferred.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at our Columbia Tech Center location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Columbia Tech Center (501 SE 172nd Ave - Vancouver, WA 98684)

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements

Pay Range

$17.31 - $24.24
