Job summary

Vancouver Clinic seeks a Front Desk Representative to join the Salmon Creek 2 registration team. You will welcome patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain and verify insurance information, answer calls, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience and strong phone and keyboarding skills, with medical front office exposure preferred. This on-site role requires a friendly, team-oriented attitude and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at our Salmon Creek 2 location!

To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street, Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range:

$17.31 - $24.24
