Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our Oregon Float Team. You will greet patients and families, manage check-ins, and support front desk operations while floating between Oregon locations and occasionally Vancouver WA locations.

This role involves a Monday–Friday schedule with varying 8-hour shifts and a pay range of $18.00–$21.37 per hour, plus a $3.08/hour float differential, based on experience and location. Epic experience and strong customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and provide excellent service.
• Collect co-pays and insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
