Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members
• Manage appointments and daily schedule
• Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents
• Provide customer service
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of customer‑service experience in a high‑volume dental or medical office setting
• Strong critical‑thinking and analytical skills, with clear and effective communication
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
