Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Lead Patient Service Coordinator for our dental office front desk. You will welcome patients, register families, and manage the daily schedule in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume medical/dental setting, plus strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
