Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (trading as Blue Cloud) is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to greet and register patients, manage appointments, and provide essential forms and information at our Missouri clinics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear and effective communication.
• Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets.

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
• Background/experience with authorizations a big plus
