Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers seeks a full-time Patient Service Coordinator in Madison Heights, Michigan. You will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, managing appointments, and providing customer service in a high-volume setting.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental or medical office. Benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

You Will

• Greet and register patients and family members

You Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
