Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our dental front desk team at our Raleigh facility. You will greet patients, register families, and manage daily appointments in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service in dental/medical offices, strong communication and critical thinking, and proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear and effective communication.

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
