Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/check-out and provide a personalized patient experience. Training will be provided, and some weekend/evening shifts are required to support patient care.

You will multitask across calls, walk-ins, and scheduling while collaborating with doctors. Strong communication and organization are essential to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized, can prioritize multiple tasks under pressure with best-in-class service.
• Friendly, patient-centric with ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience for a timely, seamless experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients, scheduling, and supporting office staff.
• Cross-train to other roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to provide seamless patient experience.
