Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk activities, check-in/out processes, and patient interactions with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience. Training is provided, and weekend/evening shifts may be required to support the practice in Pennsylvania.

You will verify insurance, assist with appointment confirmations, and collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient journey from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• Front desk or reception experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn insurance basics and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and seamless.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach based on Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support scheduling and office tasks.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed and collaborate with the team.
