Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or 2 years customer service experience.
• 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced medical office.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer routine questions; register patients and maintain records.
• Schedule patient appointments and ensure timely, accurate access.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers and providers while maintaining patient privacy and safety standards.
• Use Epic, patient portal and appointment reminder systems to manage scheduling and records.
• Transfer calls to clinical team members as needed and handle escalations.
