Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Manager for the Patient Service Center to oversee daily operations, implement policies, and ensure excellent patient experiences across the Commerce and Monterey Park sites.

The role requires leadership in CRM and contact center environments to optimize service delivery. Responsibilities include planning the centralized center, coordinating with clinics and HR on staffing, and maintaining compliance while driving high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 2 years of management/supervisory experience or a high school graduate with 5 years in management/supervisory roles.
• Minimum 4 years of contact center experience, 3 years in CRM, and 3 years with call center/ACD phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Service Center and staff.
• Develop policies, procedures, strategies, and tactics for the center; align with clinics and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and execute the centralized Patient Service Center; collaborate with HR to recruit and hire staff.
