Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Patient Service Center Coordinator II to support clinic call center operations, monitor patient flow, and ensure timely communication of updates across sites.

You will assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations; handle patient registrations and confirmations; train new hires and serve as a liaison between clinics and the call center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SharePoint for clinic updates and communicate changes.
• Assist with reporting and tracking call center metrics such as wait times.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing support to staff.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls for medical/dental offices.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; handle registrations and confirmations.
