The Manager of the Patient Service Center establishes policies, procedures, strategies, and tactics for the Patient Service Center, and aligns with the clinics and regulatory compliance to ensure patient satisfaction. The Patient Service Center Manager executes tactical objectives and fulfills our commitment to superior patient service and a positive patient experience.
