Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, schedule appointments or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.
• Work within an electronic medical records system.
• Collect patient payments; apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
• Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
• Perform additional daily administrative tasks based on practice specialty.
