Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, schedule appointments or direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Work within an electronic medical records system.
• Collect patient payments; apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
• Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
• Perform additional daily administrative tasks based on practice specialty.
