Qualifications

• Medical terminology course.
• One (1) year experience in a physician’s office or outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• As the Patient Service Representative, you will help ensure patients and families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics.
• Act as liaison between patients of all ages and the professional staff, performing a mix of clerical, reception and business duties.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and work effectively under minimal supervision.
