Qualifications

• Two years of patient-care experience if no formal training.

Responsibilities

• Update referral, demographic, and insurance information in the practice management database.
• Schedule office and procedure visits according to physician parameters and preferences.
• Update referral and recall entries in the practice management system.
• Prepare patients with the appropriate forms and instructions.
• Monitor wait lists and follow up on appointments after clinic and endo.
