Job summary

Allina Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Scheduling Clerk to provide accurate patient scheduling, registration and insurance processing for multiple clinics, including Medical/Surgical, Hematology/Oncology, Infusion, and Radiology.

The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two weeks), 8-hour day shifts, 32 hours per week, with no weekends. You will maintain records, greet patients, verify demographics, and help with payments as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of medical office experience, including scheduling and registering, within an automated environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Vocational or technical training in medical field
• Working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel
