You will answer calls, prepare documents, file records, and coordinate information with staff and patients, using medical terminology and computer systems to ensure accurate, timely scheduling.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology; solid computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answers, screens, and directs telephone calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Relays information to staff related to scheduling as appropriate.
• Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents according to protocols.
• Files documents, reports, and other correspondence according to protocols.
• Interacts with patients and internal/external customers via telephone or in person.
