Job summary

• Schedules based on availability of resources and reducing delays in services.
• Triages information for urgent procedure requests and notifies staff of scheduling changes.
• Enters orders accurately and efficiently into the clinical system.
• Acts as liaison for SFHS departments, staff, and patients to coordinate scheduling.
• Identifies patient in Master Patient Index and assigns correct Medical Record and Account Number.
