Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check patients in at time of appointment, verify insurance, collect copays, and update demographics.
• Check patients out, schedule follow-ups, collect balances, and coordinate imaging or labs.
• Enter imaging and lab orders into the EHR.
• Cross cover in all areas of scheduling across locations.
• Produce weekly recall reports and contact patients to arrange appointments.
• Process scheduling tasks within the practice management system.
