Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient and physician flow to optimize utilization.
• Verify and update patient personal and financial information per regulatory guidelines.
• Process referrals, pre-certifications, and related correspondence.
• Order office supplies and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support other duties as assigned.
