The role involves indexing orders, handling reconciliations, and coordinating with physicians for follow-up. A strong focus on customer service and multi-application proficiency is required, with remote-work readiness if applicable.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is preferred.
• Medical office experience is preferred.
• Proficient with multiple computer applications.
• Remote roles require high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Represent organization as a top-notch service-oriented business.
• Take message from caller, including all demographic info and phone number for a return call.
• Indexes orders for procedures in the order management system.
• Order and report reconciliation, including physician follow up for resolution.
• Review physician orders for quality assurance.
• Use judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management.
• Perform outbound calls to obtain information, including faxing and emailing.
• On the phone 90% of the day.
