Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
• 0-2 years in scheduling or administrative support in healthcare is required.
• Experience with EHR/scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Notify patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with instructions.
• Enter patient information and updates into EMR/scheduling system.
• Coordinate with medical staff to align appointments with clinical priorities.
• Track cancellations and no-shows and reschedule promptly.
• Answer calls and manage patient referrals and files.
• Review orders for validity and schedule procedures when needed.
