Tidelands Health in Georgetown, South Carolina seeks a Patient Scheduler I to pre-register and schedule patient encounters for provider services, delivering courteous, professional service to patients and providers. You will collect co-payments and demographics, and ensure accurate registration to support proper billing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related customer facing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Call center, patient scheduling and/or physician front-office experience preferred.
• Ability to interact successfully with the public and maintain composure under deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families/visitors and clinical staff.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités
