Job summary

NBCG in Bountiful, Utah, is seeking a warm, driven Patient Scheduling Coordinator to handle front desk duties and proactive outreach. You will connect patients to care, fill provider schedules, and ensure no one slips through the cracks.

You will be the voice patients hear when calling NBCG, guiding them to the right level of care, from medication management to TMS and ketamine therapies. This full-time role offers growth across our multi-location practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and having warm, persuasive conversations with patients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule appointments and outreach to patients.
• Manage provider schedules across the SLC office and NBCG locations.
• Coordinate patients into the right level of care (medication management, TMS, Spravato, ketamine).
• Educate patients about NBCG services in a clear, warm, compelling way.
• Follow up with patients to ensure no opportunity to help is missed.
• Identify and fill gaps in provider schedules by reaching out to waitlisted patients.
