Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Service Team member to support patient intake, scheduling, and referral management at our centralized office in Fife, WA. You’ll help patients start their path to recovery with a courteous, efficient service experience.

The AST Specialist serves as the primary contact for new and existing patients, coordinating scheduling, intake, and communications with clinics to ensure timely access to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of office, administrative, or scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new patient intake, scheduling, and lead-tracking activities.
• Use call center systems to conduct outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient scheduling using clinic tools, insurance requirements, and patient preferences.
• Identify and prioritize urgent referrals and high-priority patients for prompt scheduling.
• Complete intake procedures including patient information and portal enrollment.
