Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Site Account Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics. This role focuses on patient scheduling for autologous cellular therapies, coordinating with treatment sites and manufacturing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The position is office-based with in-office attendance and a remote-work option, requiring strong organization and proactive problem solving to support patient care and site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years in customer service, call center, patient services, account management, logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Flexible in responding to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules with treatment and manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for patient journeys.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Input and maintain transactional data in scheduling system.
• Train treatment sites on scheduling processes as assigned.
• Document feedback from customers and partners.
